Should The Resident Evil Chapter be delayed.

So hello again guy's and this time I am back with another poll, and this is something that in my opinion SHOULD happen, and that is by delaying the Resident Evil chapter.

Now at first glance when the chapter got fully released, I thought it was going to be a chapter masterpiece, like Stranger Things and Silent Hill, and after seeing the PTB for Nemesis I thought to myself that this guy was going to get some good buffs (which in the live version he did get which was great along with his perks getting some really good buffs as well. Now I know The Nemesis seems like a rehash of Plague and specifically Pyramid Heads power, but at least what he had in his power was something he had from the games like his tentacles, Mutations, Zombies, Etc. But the funny thing is that 2 of horror gaming's biggest icons, Pyramid Head and Nemesis, play very similar to each other, which I found cool and funny at the same time.

Now for the stuff I liked on release for the Resident Evil chapter:

Nemesis.

Leon.

Jill.

Nemesis's addons.

The Racoon City Police Department when it existed.

Both killer and survivor perks even though they may not be the best.

Chapter Music, art, and aesthetics.

Cosmetics, or at least the 2 legendary ones.

And just overall the fact that this is Resident Evil makes the Chapter itself awesome, but that's just the chapter, but the update date itself, just hear all the things just wrong with it.

Major frame drops.

The fact that the Resident Evil 4 Leon and classic Jill were Unlinked at first, but then got engulfed in a Paywall scam.

The fact that the first map that came out in over a year gets disabled even though the developers had all the time to do it in the PTB.

And the list easily goes on, but there is one thing that is probably the biggest issue not for this chapter, but for chapter's like 18 and 19 and that is...

Dev transparency.

Now that is a huge issue, since game developers that are usually communicating with their community build not only build healthy relationships with the fans but also creates a healthy game overall. Now I'm not saying Dev Transparency happens all the time, but it certainly could if we could give actual feedback to help improve a killer, perks, addons, etc. But that's the problem, our feedback at this point has not only been proven useless but it gets to the point where...

Why are we giving feedback when things aren't going to change?

Now that is said to original chapters most of the time, but for licensed chapters that barely happens because the developers are held accountable to what they do, and if they do something wrong then the owner of the license could possibly take thank license from BHVR away. But for original chapters by the way, there is no accountability because it is of behaviors making, so therefore they are not accountable for what they do, heck even the developers wouldn't have to do anything because they think they know that no other game can compete with them therefore nothing is going to change because of no competition, which I think this game needs big time.

Now enough of my Rant, we should probably get to the point of this poll, and that is to vote on whether or not the Resident Evil chapter should be delayed.
