Eruption is as strong as pop?
6% regression and incapacitated for 16s. A gen takes 80s to complete so not being able to work for 16s is 20% of progress saved. Regression for 16s is additional 5% decrease. So overall, 31% gen progress worth gets hindered? And it works on multiple gens and just 30s cooldown. Probably will spend 15s hooking survivor so shouldn't hinder the killer much.

I think Pop is stronger on its own. But combining the 2 perks, especially if you happen to get a 3-gen, is super powerful.

It does cause them to regress. But only if no survivor was repairing them when the perk was activated.

On mobile killers, they're good perks. You can probably get away with one or the other if you don't want both, plus Eruption works as a tracking tool as well.

Eruption is pretty good, it does require a bit of set up though
Also if you have a swf and they figure out you have it, they can call out if they are about to go down to have everyone let go of gens to avoid the incapacitated. I still think pop is better overall but eruption has potential, especially for 3 genning hags and trappers

This perk will work for Freddy, Nurse, Spirit, Blight, Oni and all map mobility killers. You will see which generators repairing by survivors. That perk will be really good on those killers.
But for standart killers, meh.

Oh I didn't realize that. I thought it'll still regress while they wait for incapacitated effect to tick down.

Demo with Eleven's Soda can also take advantage of it, as well.

I personally think PGTW is overrated. I ran it often (especially with Oppression) but have found Surge/Ruin better in most case especially on M1 killers like Doctor.
I see people drop chases so they don't waste PGTW and end up kicking a gen with less than 10% completed.
Eruption is okay. I guess you could pair it with PGTW and Brutal Strength to get a lot of value.

Eruption is pretty nuts tbh
4.8 seconds of progress lost + 16 seconds of incapacitated is 20.4 seconds saved against a single survivor.
31 seconds if 2 survivors are hit. And on top of that they scream when they are hit with it.
You can pgtw a gen for 20 charges of damage and apply eruption. To then later trigger eruption doing 4.8 charges more damage and if survivors where working on it they scream and you know the best location for your next pop.
Epoption is pretty nuts combined
