Last I heard this update broke his bottles.

Yeah, his purple bottles don't slow survivors any more. I think the entire Hindered status effect is broken - that would make sense given how pitiful Nemesis' Hindered effect seems to be.

Think they added the sprint burst modifier to hinder status effect.
