I dont have an idea for perks or addons but:

Jack Torrance from Shining would be awesome....every time he kicks doors: "heeeeeeres johnny"

And the Overlook Hotel as new map....

I think that never happens but i keep dreaming.

What do you guys think would be a cool killer....licends or not?
