Blood Pact or head on?

I can't decide which one to get in the shrine of secrets!

Please help! :)

    Head On if you are felling TOXIC.

    Blood Pact if you wanna waste your slot because nobody will stay close to benefit from the 7% Haste effect.

    Head On is nice but it can't be used effectively without Quick and Quiet

    Blood Pact is a cute perk but there's other perks that do its job better such as Bond or Kindred
