Why does Rookie Spirit have activation requirements?
The requirement of 3 skill checks is so low that it doesn't matter too much, you probably get that on your first gen. Additionally, it isn't really strong enough as a perk to warrant the requirement. Why not just make it say "You see the aura of regressing generators"
The only time the activation requirement might matter is later in the game when the killer has had a chance to regress a bunch of gens. But by the time that happens, you already meet the requirement of the 3 skill checks.

Because if they did not put a requirement killer would have complain because all the perk they have require some requirement before they can use them

I would say people underestimate the value of this perk, it can tell you the info of where the killer and your teammates are.
If a gen currently started regressing it could mean the killer is in that area, and viceversa, that a survivor is in that gen.

I'm not saying its necessarily a bad perk. I'm saying the activation requirement is pointless and only serves to complicate a perk that isn't really strong enough to warrant it.

If they didn’t it would be too op and killers might not get a 4K in 10 minutes as planned. When I play killer I tunnel anyone with an item, or who tries to loop me because it’s toxic to run. This game is all about me and my fun.
