BTB doesn't work against stridor. You still make moaning sounds when healing or self caring.

This is basically how DBD maths works, it's additive not multiplicative, so stridor just trumps Iron Will / BTB

I get that bite covers ur teammates groans 2 but its only really used in a good way in some very niche situations could be good for new survivors tho
