simple Tyrant buff

Soo, now after these few days Nemesis is out, even hardstuck minded fans see that he's not A tier (wink wink to those who spit at me at Demo vs Nemesis talk)
1 thing that need to be said is that title is not really relatable to what I'm planning to say. I think changes to be significant. here are they:
Every survivor on the beggining of the game is infected :
that will solve the nemesis problem of ,,3 hits" but what else about that. people look at mutation tiers in a way 2 tier is more interesting to get than 3 tier and that's right. Idea of destroying pallets is better than extended range by WHOLE 1 meter. that change will make so Nemesis won't struggle with 3 hits at the beggining making so it's easier for him but actually getting to tier 2 will be harder becose in case you don't know
to get to tier 2 you need 6 points. making surv contaminated gives you 3, but hiting such a survivor or hiting zombie will give you just 1. after they use vaccine you prbl will already get to tier 3 making struggle at the beggining compesaded in getting whole 3 points out of contaminating survivors.
I was wondering should effects of tier 2 and 3 be switched, but I'll give that to you

3 hits with him is fine considering lack of pallet looping and chase I'm not saying it's impossible as surv because it is definitely but considering of that 3 hits are fair and how can survivors start infected if they haven't been in direct touch of virus

No the only change he needs is the speed boost on first hit, turn it down to only 50 the regular or 25 or just scrap the speed on infect

I agree, plague doesnt give the survivor the speed boost but she actually injures the survivor with her vomit so...

He needs more changes than that, but that's a good start.

also is that a bug or a feature that dude is sitting on gen or doing totem and when he get's hit by tentacle action is not canceled

The first thing they need to do is fix the really weird 0.25 seconds of Hindered applied to infection hits. That value make no sense and has to be a mistake. 2.5 seconds of Hindered instead would make it so survivor only get a 130% speed boost on hit instead of the normal 150% and then run at 80% speed for 0.5 seconds.
