Some killers have one good perks but other perks put them to low tiers.

Clown isn’t S tier? Pop is probably the best killer perk in the game, and bamboozle is super good.

He was close to S but i do not think he is S tier. Pop is seriously so good perk but you need hook someone. Bamboozle is good perk on some killers. That makes him A for me.

I don’t see how enduring or tinkerer are better. If I was going to go into a game I’d take clowns perks over billies perks every single time.
Ruin tinkerer is nice and all but ruin can still be dead in the first minute of the game. Especially with counterforce being used now. Hex perks are weaker than ever unless you happen to get Lerys or another map where the totems are not just sitting out in the open.

Not the worst list, but I'd make some changes if it were me making the list.
- Leatherface in S tier, we all know why.
- Pig, Ghostface, Oni, Freddy, Demo, and Nurse get moved down
- Trapper & Nemesis moved up to C tier

Well friend Tinkerer is so perfect perk. I am using it on Blight with Ruin & Undying combo. +90% of my matches 4K. And also Lightborn is good perk againts flashlight squads.
And actually Counterforce did not changed anything. Survivors are still not doing bones and losing game for that.

Sure it’s good on blight but plenty of killers can’t use it that well. Any low mobility killer almost has to combine it with discordance or you will never reach it half the time.
I have so many games where ruin undying is dead within a minute. Especially on the older maps. That’s why I prefer corrupt pop because I get value from them no matter what.

Tbh Plague should be S tier. If Hag has 2 great perks and 1 okay-ish perk, Plague is also in that scenario. Corrupt and Infectious, and Dark Devo.
I'd probably put Tricky higher because he's got a good perk (Starstruck), a decent perk (No Way Out), and an okay-ish perk (Crowd Control).
I'd put Freddy at the top of E tier because Blood Warden is his only perk that is okay, the other two being trash tier.
Legion has Discordance so they're automatically at the top of C tier (In fact, I'd switch them and Blight because Blight has Undying, a perk that requires another perk to work well, and Dragon's Grip is an okay perk while Blood Favour is trash tier).
While I think Oppression is a solid and underrated perk I'd move Twins above Trapper but the perk is very controversial so I'd leave em be.
Other than that, solid list.
