Not really sure what you're trying to say this video proves?
The survivors in the PH match played absolutely horribly (as noted by Otz himself). The sheer amount of point blank M2s they let him hit is ridiculous and I think that I saw them attempt to juke the M2 maybe twice the entire match. Despite this, 2 still escaped.
Obviously Otz had a rougher time in the Nemesis match despite getting more kills as him. A couple things here. The survivors were clearly much better in this match, well, at least until they fumbled at the end. Despite this, Otz was able to stall out the game much longer as Nemesis (8~ min match vs 12~ min match). Secondly, Otz was clearly frustrated because he wasn't quite familiar with the range of the M2. There are plenty of hits he could have got in the match had he waited like half a second longer to catch up to the W key holding survivor instead of shooting prematurely.
Now personally, I think it's pretty obvious that PH is a stronger killer in general. This video just doesn't exhibit that.
PS: BHVR pls remove speed boost when infecting survivors. They should only get the speed boost when changing health states, just like how it works on every single other killer.

Although I think his tier 3 needs a bit of a buff, maybe a slightly wider tentacle strike, hits infect and damage survivors or something like that, but not as strong as a one hit down, I still find him fun to play as. I consider him an average killer, not too weak and not too strong for now.
Yes, he should definitely not give a speed boost for infecting survivors.

I don't like this fixation people have that every new killer needs to be A tier.
Nemi is solidly in the middle of the pack in terms of power. He's not as strong as PH, to be sure, but he's fun to play and I'm still winning 90% of my matches with him.
Also, with respect to Otz, I think Nemi's power is a bit more in line with Demo than it is with PH. I've found a lot of success with faking my power to make people dodge around for an easy M1.

If theyre not A tier theyre not much fun playing as or against in purples/reds. Why is their an aversion to strong killers?

His tentacle needs like a 1-1.5 meter range buff for all tiers. Zombies are still pretty buggy too, They get stuck on hills and trees all the time.

Ngl I watched the video but otz didn't play Nemesis well. He missed a lot of whips (I know it's tough but someone who plays Nemesis a lot will eventually master the aim and movement).
I would also say the survivors in the PH game seemed weaker than the ones in his Nemesis game.
I do believe PH is stronger than Nemesis but I don't think you can look at this video and say this proves much.

Good grief, Nemesis is pretty dang good. I have no clue what world you’re living in but throughout all of my Nemesis matches, I never once believed I lost or won a match because the Killer was under/overpowered. They just need to keep working on his zombie AI and personally I think he’ll be great.

Getting to tier 3 takes too long without addons. And the fact the anti-serum can remove a lot of work, without any downside, also hurts. You could have to hit a survivor 9 times to actually kill them which is ridiculous.
That said, once he gets to tier 3 he is pretty unstoppable. And the zombies, when not glitching, are kinda fun and adds some fun mind games.

Maybe you should check people’s post history before making idiotic claims. I have advocated buffs for Pig, Trapper, Legion, Clown, Ghostface, Hillbilly, Trickster, Myers who are all weaker than Nemesis. If you knew how to use him you wouldn’t be on here complaining

The thing is, he was playing M2-only Nemesis. M1ing is necessary as Nemesis because his whip isn't easy to aim in close range, it's better to whip at windows and pallets.

Give him his yellow detection add on. (Zombies become far scarier).
Give him a nerfed version of marvin’s blood to his base kit. (Necessary).
Survivors don’t get a speed boost when they get hit for the initial contamination. (Idk why they do, BS).

I will watch the video because I like Otz and I think he’s superb, but I know these are the changes he needs from playing him for so long in red ranks (I need a life). The difference between running these add ons is like the same thing for Demo.
