Rank is broken, for me anyway

I have been 2 PIPs into rank 5 for the last 8 games and have had either Merciless or Ruthless killer every game. After the match it shows my rank as 20, then goes through the Match details and at the end, the scoreboard, it will sometimes say rank 3 and sometimes rank 5 by name but in the upper right hand corner just stays rank 5.

I have logged out and back in. Switched from killer, to survivor and back to killer and the rank is still 5. Anyone else seeing this type if behavior?

    Rank has been broken since hte day it was introduced

    Yeah there's another pip bug. It will probably fixed in the patch tomorrow.

    Pips, emblems and ranks are bugged for a long time now

    Maybe I don't pay enough attention to it. After 8 games of pipping and staying 2 pips into rank 5 I started figuring something was wrong.
