Oblivious Survivors aren't highlighted by Killer Instict after hitting a Survivor with Feral Slash
Step 1: Boot the game
Step 2: Play as the Legion and equip Hysteria or any other perk that makes survivors Oblivious
Step 3: In-game, hit a Survivor with Feral Slash while another survivor that is affected by the Oblivious status effect but not by the Deep Wound status effect is in your terror radius
Step 4: Notice that said survivor is not highlighted by Killer Instinct
Excerpt from the Legions' power description: "All Survivors within the Terror Radius not afflicted by the Deep Wound status effect are indicated by Killer Instinct."
Oblivious survivors may not be able to hear the heart beat but they can still be "within the Terror Radius" and should therefore be revealed by Killer Instinct when they are. This means that the way it is now is either bugged or simply wrongly implemented. Please fix this.

Well, I wouldn't be surprised if this was the way that it's supposed to work. But even then, the Legion's power description would be worded incredibly misleadingly and at least that should be fixed to make the way it works now officially correct.

Well, a radius is a location. If they are in the radius then they are in the radius. Oblivious shouldn't change anything about that.

Terror radius specific though, if a survivor is oblivious then the game deems them as not in the terror radius and that Legion mechanic is directly tied to the terror radius. Just unfortunate stealth legion cannot be a thing, unless you already knew exactly where to go.

Works as intended, oblivious survivors do not hear the TR music and do not count as "in your terror radiius". So this anti-synergy of Hysteria with Legions power is intended and correct.
Remember old Object (see killers aura when outside their TR), which enabled you to see Freddy all the time when in dreaming state. The actual TR did also not count there. Oblivious will also prevent you from screaming due to Infectios Fright and Unnerving Presence won't work on you.

A survivor that is oblivious is not in your terror radius because he cannot hear your terror radius. That is exactly how infectious fright, and yes, feral frenzy works.
