Guys it is the sequel to the 4th Anniversary!
You can get crowns, like last year, the cake starts out as personal only, like the 4th cake did, and most importantly: RCPD will most likely still be bugged!

Whats kinda crazy/disappointing is they said they were going to focus on halloween and anniversary for big events and its basically the same thing as last year....like what

Not that I don't believe people but where is everyone getting the info about the event? I don't see things here or their Twitter so is this just leaked stuff people believe is legit or is there another place "official" announcements are made?

I was going to marathon the game for the 400 percent bloodpoint fun.
Making them not stackable for a currency that costs them nothing just makes me sad. It's not like I can buy perks or prestige with money so it doesn't make sense.
Much more and I might quit, this is the one fun thing coming and they ruined it.

It turns out I am psychic, RCPD will not be available at the start of the event.
Anyway, jokes aside may everyone have a fun 4th University 2! Be sure to enjoy this event that they had planned so much for that they had to cut most of the other events, I think they've do a pretty good job so far!
