Temporary lag fix

For those of us not on PS5 or XSX, is there anything we can do on the meantime to lessen the awful frames and lag currently plaguing this game? Would using 720 instead of 4K res maybe help? Thinking about trying it out when I get home from work.

At this point, I'm pretty sure BHVR stopped supporting ps4 dbd like, a year ago.

Any suggestions for us console plebs? Or are we at the mercy of the devs?

I tried 1080 and you are right, still feel like I’m being punched in the balls by a 3rd grader trying to play a match.
