I hope you get more BPs when using it yourself... Like, 105% for everyone and 205% for the user of the Cake. Same should be applied to other Event Cakes and the Party Streamers.
But, I doubt it. It would be nice tho, this would guarantee that someone who burns it gets more Bonus-BPs than others.

I'm sure they won't just find some other

Something I don't see being pointed out. They very clearly said, "During the Anniversary Event." Does that mean the leaks that they wouldn't stack are all about after the event ends?

I just hope that they have these and the items flood the bloodwebs. The events lately only have 1 maybe 2 total of offerings/items and it's so disappointing.

I doubt they implemented a limited time duration on such a specific aspect of a limited offering. Previous years' cakes also stack(ed) after the event was done.

I assume its just because you can only get cakes in your bloodweb during the event period. Not that it gets deactivated as an offering.

Like... complete a gen for a torrent of confetti to come out or when you mori a survivor they explode in confetti

This made me feel a lot better. Glad the devs went out and acknowledged this before the event started. This is the one event I look forward to all year and I'm really glad that they made sure everyone knew. Thanks, Devs! Sorry for doubting you! Now just make 7-8 spawn in each Bloodweb like last year and let's throw one helluva party :D

When I eat cake I get a sugar rush for a short period of time, so, early match maybe a boost to unhooking and vaulting would be pretty neat imo.
