Hide for 120 seconds challenge

Just wondering what everyone else did for this challenge.

I've only attempted once, but I used a Gideon meat plant offering and just tried to follow the terror radius around the map. I ended up getting about 45 seconds or so.

I have 3-4 more of these offerings, and was thinking of running around with Empathy, Urban evasion and Borrowed time.

What did you do? Something similar or something completely different?

    I tried to tail the killer while they were chasing/carrying a survivor. It worked surprisingly better than it probably had any right to.

    Gideon Meat Plant + Key with killer Aura reading + Streetwise and Built to Last. I just used the key for like a second and kept running above or under the killer, being a useless teammate for 120 seconds. :)

    1. Turned off Crossplay
    2. Went into a match with a keyboard plugged into the Xbox
    3. Went to the side and pressed "Recently Played With"
    4. Found the killer and messaged them asking if I could just follow them around without us being in a chase for the challenge
      • they agreed
    5. I did nothing of value for the team and I died on first hook (because I was hooked last and everyone else died) but I got it first try

    I'm not proud of what I did, but I did do it.

    Just had this challenge activated and played a few games. Sometimes I got like 4 seconds, sometimes almost a minute. Got it after like 6 games, was alright for me.

    I just resign myself to sneaking in bits and pieces per match. Maybe Midwich or Game offerings to speed it up. But I had enough of being committedly useless when there was a 60s in one match challenge back in tome 3. Getting that was hell and I am not doing it again unless I absolutely have to.

    I did a build with Stake Out and Diversion and play a few matches until I got it.

    I ran a head on build so i wasn’t actively doing nothing when someone else was getting chased. And it actually works when the loop the killer around your locker.

    I run Stake Out and got it in 2-3 matches.

    follow behind the killer with diversion and keep throwing at windows itll make em go cray cray

    I got a farming Freddy at the first attempt.

    The level before this one, where you had to hide 90 seconds, I made a Wraith quit and go afk in a corner, after cleansing his Devour in his face and slamming a pallet on his dome as he was uncloacking to stop me. First at attempt as well.

    So, to summarize, be very lucky. Or, go to Gideon and be useless by following the killer around.

    I hate this challenge as I do not usually hide unless I know for certain the killer has BBQ (and doesn't have Iron Maiden) and then that hiding doesn't affect the challenge since the killer is too far away. I had to force myself to get near others being chased and hide for like 15-20 seconds. It took me around 7-8 matches to complete this challenge.
