Is the Konami Code disabled?

I have looked on Youtube and articles for the Konami code and they all said that you just have to own Silent Hill, have the PH equipped, go the the main menu and do it and I have for over 30 minutes but it still won't work. I'm not sure if its disabled, or I'm doing it wrong but its really annoyed me because I've gotten it down really well. W, W, S, S, A, D, A, D, RMB, LMB, Enter. It might be because its a different DLC but when I was on Youtube I had seen a video of a man doing it from just a week ago.
