Bring Back Regular Dev Streams

The lack of transparency in ongoing issues is really disheartening and I feel further angers the community. By keeping people who have spent, quite frankly, a lot of money on the game we’re, in ways very small investors. The transparency and road maps for the game makes us more likely to spend money on the game and be more at ease about where the game is going.

When we get a roadmap ONCE a year it’s nice, but it’s just not enough to feel secure that the devs are hearing the community’s concerns. A lot of people feel like they aren’t being heard right now and with the anniversary event coming up I’d like to see some kind of effort to be closer to the community. Anyway, yes this is inspired by Scott’s video and I’m not often convinced by other’s opinions but who would be against transparency.

Despite our reservations, most people here WANT to see the game succeed and be in the know about current work on fixing the game and what the devs intentions are for the near future. If we didn’t want to know more and see the game get better we wouldn’t be here to begin with.

Not to mention, when they DO stream these days (Q&A, I'm looking at you), they only give very vague replies. I get that they try to remain ambiguous so as not to make any unkept promises, but it is HORRIBLE how they handle it. They just bring on someone who is like "I am not in that department so I can't say :)" or "We cannot speak on this at the moment" and just overall halfass the entire streams these days.

Saw Scott's new video? I agree with his statement, though I wouldn't want to force the devs to stream when they have more pressing matters. However, I would like them to tell us directly if there is something wrong or rumors circulating that is causing problems in the community. Or BETTER YET, participate in these forums and discuss with us about concepts and such so we can help them.

Agreed i loved the old system its better to not be able to keep your promise for whatever reason then never say anything at all and just go without feedback.

What ever happened to the dev streams? I forget that they even existed until you brought it up. I can't even remember when the last one was...
