Improve some blight addons

I would like to know if it will be possible in the future to change some blight addons which are hardly ever used and which I think will need a little updating, (for example: Summoning Stone, Adrenaline Vial, Chipped Monocle ). I think giving them a new effect could be nicer and allow the player to use their addons more often.

    Ideally every add-on would be fun and or useful but blight has enough good ones I think they should focus on different killers who have practically nothing but boring, useless, stupid or actively detrimental ones
