New Chapter Concept

I have a new chapter concept that I would like to submit to the developers, but I do not want to release it on the open forum for fear of loss of intellectual property. I have experience in testing games such as Playstation Starhawk and Mechwarrior Online (my name is actually in the credits of Mechwarrior). Is there a developer I can email my concept to?
