2 Killers vs 8 Survivors 😳
What do you guys think about this type of mode in DBD? Chaotic Right? ofc it can only be for the people who would love that type of gameplay but i honestly think it would be so chaotic but yet fun, because then killers could actually see what having a teamate is like and how frustrating it is to play with solo queue and randoms then Swfs, But that would be cool If there was Swf as 2 killers. But i know DBD would never put such a mode in this type of game but it would kind of be fun to look forward to in the future just for some fun, what type of modes do you guys want? if any

What about 5v5?
Each team has 1 killer and 4 survivors, whichever team has the most survivors escape wins. Would be pretty funny to see survivors bodyblocking each other to get their killer a hit.

It would have to take place on a much larger map in order for it to be feasible. It doesn’t matter how many survivors there are, 2 killers would be able to split up the map with ease, but too many survivors and it would just devolve into a lot of slugging. And you can’t loop killers if they’re coming at you from both directions. I just can’t conceive of it ever working.

maybe if they up it to 10 gens maybe? i feel like it would be quite a challenge

Yeah, 2 v 6 sounds way better, imho.

They'd be able to get 6 gens done by the time two survivors were hooked, and killers CANNOT deal with 4 survivors trying to unhook simultaneously.

It's bad enough having one killer tunnelling and camping, it would be unbearable with two lol.

This sounds fun. But I can't imagine how broken this mode would be in terms of performance.
It's a struggle for them to have a 1v4 game work correctly now.

Just a thought, but i feel like adding Modes to DBD would make it more fun, idk if they will ever consider it but ive seen alot of ppl saying they want a diff mode to DBD

might be fun as a Kyf playmode but not online
Killers would just run in pairs and time their swing to oneshot a survivor to them camp with one while defending the gens with others.
It would be a insanly boring game mode if players actually played to win

Just imagining some of the killer synergies makes me physically ill. Nurse, Spirit, Legion and Plague come to mind personally. Legion inflict teamwide damage and somebody else cleans up. Spirit in particular would be annoying to keep track of while somebody else is on your A.

It wouldn't be chaotic, every single trial would follow the same formula: 4 people slam the crap out of gens, 2 people get chased, and 2 people.act like annoying pricks because they want to get chased but there's only 2 killers. Gens get done, killers camp, survivors complain, killers complain, everyone is unhappy.
