Is the 'shrine refresh everyday' event starting from tomorrow?

I think the devs mentioned there will be a new shrine everyday for like 14 days (I guess). Will it start tomorrow?

And how many shards will one perk cost?

They said it'll be 500 shards less. Also apparently they'll give enough shards to buy one character. Should be atleast 9000 I guess. Hopefully they didnt forget about it
