-Tom is able to manipulate climate change.Survivor within the
vortex experience extreme temperatures causing effects toward the survivor.
Extreme temperatures cause exhaustion and hindered effects within the vortex. Outside the vortex,
exhaustion and hindered effects last up to 8 seconds. Room temperature's cause no effects and survivors and is able to remove exhaustion and hindered effects instantly.
-The extreme temperatures causes a slow down for survivors when Healing, cleansing, repairing and sabotaging are regressed by 15% when
once outside of the vortex. The effects last more than a minute when trying to do these things.
