So is this supposed to be one of the "Big" Events?
So is this what a big focus event is?
Adding 3 branches inside an old rehashed anniversary crown and giving us an updated cake offering that only spawns 1 cake on every third lvl 50 bloodweb...
If this is what its like when BHVR "Focus" on an event , then im just gonna hand it to em. They have really hit rock bottom.
This "amazing" event is supposedly the reason we haven't been getting proper winter/summer solstice events for years...
I just want to say... That what BHVR have given us for this anniversary event is completely fine, if it hadnt been for them hypping it up to be one of only two proper events a year. And that these events (anniversary and halloween) takes so much resources that it has to go at the expense of all other possible events.
That is what upsets me the most. All these empty promises, deceptive and non transparent behaviour from BHVR.

I like that they're giving away free BP and shards, and I think the daily rotating shrine is a great idea. But overall, especially with the performance issues, yeah it's underwhelming.

Yea. Your right, its pretty sad that BHVR hyped up this to be one of the biggest anniversary events of the year. I myself think that the event is just fine. I mean, I appreciate the shards and shrines but they just really threw me off course. "Biggest Anniversary" Heh.

It's a disgrace and they should be ashamed of themselves lol but more seriously, it's really disappointing. I was really looking forward to an exciting new event but this is basically the same event last year.

Not going to lie, I am slightly disappointed. And I come from Overwatch, those are basically just recycled and everyone hates them. But we get 5 free legendary skins, 3 weekly epic skins, various cosmetic items from the event loot pool and access to a, usually, unique game mode. 6 times a year.
I thought we had it bad, but wow... I had no idea it could get worse. Lol.
