Rebecca Chambers Perks: MEDIC, SAVE YOUR PRAYERS (Reference to a Resident Evil 0 achievement where you beat the game without saving once), and THIS IS SERIOUS BUSINESS (Reference to a Resident Evil 0 achievement where you beat the game without using any recovery items).
MEDIC: After healing a total of 2 health states of OTHER survivors you can go up to an open chest and create a First Aid Spray which can only be used to instantly heal 1 health state of another survivor 1 time. You can only create 1 First Aid Spray and can't keep it when you escape the trial with it.
SAVE YOUR PRAYERS: Every time you take a protection hit a timer starts and its 30 seconds. After that 30 seconds the person you took a protection hit for gains 1 health state. Assuming they aren't health of course. You also become the obsession when taking protection hits encouraging the killer to still not go for you if they have certain perks.
THIS IS SERIOUS BUSINESS: The longer you are injured the more all your action speeds slow down. If you reach a really slow action speed though from this perk, once you heal in that state for 30 your action speeds on everything go up the complete opposite speed of what it was. So say you reach 100% less action speed while injured, well when you heal now you are going 100% faster than you normally would be going.
Billy Coen Perks: FROM ZERO TO HERO (Reference to Resident Evil 0's achievement where you complete it on the hardest difficulty), ZERO IN (Reference to Resident Evil 0's achievement where you have to get a critical-headshot), and APPRENTICE OF UNLOCKING (Reference to the Resident Evil 0 achievement where you have to use all the keys).
FROM ZERO TO HERO: Every time you save someone from the hook you gain a token. Each token gives you 2% extra movement speed while someone is on the hook or on the ground.
ZERO IN: After you drop 2 pallets during a chase this perk activates. Every time you stun the killer with a pallet now you have a 50% chance the stun time will be doubled.
APPRENTICE OF UNLOCKING: You can open chests instantly no matter what but the chance of getting high rarity items is considerably reduced. This perk also spawns 2 more chests.
The Leechman Perks: DISTRACTED FROM THE HUNT (Reference to a Resident Evil 0 achievement where you have to defeat all enemies in the Leech Hunter game mode), I HAVE THE TOUCH (Reference to a Resident Evil 0 achievement where you have to defeat Mimicry Marcus/The Leechman with only a knife), and MIMICRY.
DISTRACTED FROM THE HUNT: Every time a survivor creates the explosion effect (missing skill checks or diversion and more) you gain 20% extra movement speed for 20 seconds.
I HAVE THE TOUCH: Every 5th hit on survivors will put A survivor into the dying state.
MIMICRY: Every time a generator is completed the survivors will see an illusion aura of a survivor getting downed and put into the basement hook and it will show up on one of the little status bars on the left but it completely fake. A fun little perk to make people waste their time.
Killer Power: Now I'm not gonna go super in depth because it'll take way too long and I'm not too good with balancing a whole power but some general ideas of abilities The Leechman should have. He should have his stretchy arm attack, his self explosion, and some sort of teleportation ability where you transfer into other leeches. And 1 more ability where you place leeches around that hold survivors in for you and eventually end up doing damage.
