This perk is good why don't I see people run it. It takes away scratch marks for a full minute in chase combine with iron will... Am I missing something with this perk.

Ive seen survivors run it, rare i lose them because of it. Thats pribably why

I wished it instead only worked upon an unhook. This + Off The Record would be amazing together then.

I've been able to use it twice in matches, if your downed or hooked it stops timer, if you manage to heal before timer runs out it also stops timer, allowing for a smaller window to use it once again

Can't you just use a med-kit to tap-heal yourself a bit and shut it off? I swear I've seen this done before, I don't know for certain.

It's can be very useful. i wasn't sure if the timer can be pause, thank you for mentioning it =)
