Does blinding end Legion’s power?

I’m injured. Pallet is between me and Legion.
I start blinding him right as he powers up FF and leaps the pallet. “Killer blind” score event right as he lands and attacks.
The attack hits me and I’m now on the ground - not Deep Wounded!
Did the blind end his power or was this a hack/bug?

Blinding cancels Legions Feral Frenzy

Blinding does end his frenzy.

It's the forbidden Legion Pallet Tech.

I like how every silly thing in the game is a "tech." Makes it seem more skillful/meaningful than it actually is.
