Clown is bugged after patch.  Survivors are able to fast vault windows while intoxicated.

    DELETE THE CLOWN!!!!!

    Well that sucks, I wonder if the new vault changes have anything to do with that.

    Yes and No, survivors were able to fast vault if they got the prompt before the update but since they increased the run up it might be an unintended nerf to the Clown.

    Also remove that weird cooldown where you cant attack after a throw.
