Blight's power suddenly not working

When playing Blight, I'm unsure the specific situation that has to happen, but I think its when you smash a pallet while rushing or get stunned by a pallet normally, Blight's power just stops working for like 30 seconds even when the power meter is at full. Again, not sure on the specifics, but something about bumping pallets is not working right for Blight.
