This game desperately needs to start creating 1v4 Killers and stop making 1v1 Killers
If you look at 5 of the last 6 killers, they are all 1v1 Killers. (Nemesis, Trickster, Twins, Executioner, Deathslinger) What I mean by that is, they have nonexistent mobility and map pressure, instead "make up for it" by having obnoxious and sometimes oppressive 1v1 powers. These killers tend to have S Tier chase but D Tier mobility and map pressure.
This creates an unfun situation for both sides. These killers' powers tend to break the established gameplay of how chase works, meaning survivors can't play how they have always played. This isn't always a bad thing, however, in this case it very much is; Nemesis being able to consistently smack you over pallets and windows is just downright unfun, and I'm a 2k hour killer main who has been playing nothing but Nemesis, and I can admit that.
However, from the Killer's perspective, you have to walk around the map at a snails pace attempting to take control of the map, which is purely impossible having to chase 1 guy while 3 are free to work on 3 separate gens. In the end, you have a killer that easily downs survivors in a very oppressive way, but has zero tools to pressure the map which can lead to them just being "gen rushed" in a few minutes. It's a very extreme game design, where the survivor gets completely bodied in chase, but the killer gets completely bodied in the objectives, and often times you have these games that are either 5 minute gen rushes or 5 minute 4Ks with 0 gens done.
This game really needs to stop introducing the same type of killer over and over again and instead add something new. We already have SO many killers that do the whole "I own you 1v1 but get owned 1v4". I don't profess to have a ton of amazing ideas but there are many out there. Honestly aside from a few horribly designed tiles in the new maps, chase is FINE. You don't need to give every killer a ranged attack or a dash.
How about a killer that can pressure the map somehow? Maybe a power that shuts down a generator or two for a duration, or allows the killer to traverse the map quickly while outside of a chase. Maybe a special attack that damages a generator even if it's fully repaired. Honestly, Freddy is one of the best designed killers, even though he gets a lot of hate. He doesn't have any oppressive power that ignores standard chase mechanics, and he has the ability to get around the map so he can play 1v4 instead of 1v1.

What exactly is a 1v4 killer? If you're coming from the Scott Jund school of fun then it will probably be killers who are all ever so slight variants of 'move fast in a straight line with limited curve/flick potential and low cooldown'. As to your example, Freddy was one of THE premiere 'unfun' killers to play against and nothing has changed about his 'unfun' e.g. Freddy puts down a snare at a loop and goes the opposite way you either eat the snare and get slowed or leave the loop. Since his nerf he still plays the exact same way he is just ever so slightly worse when he places his snare down.
As to your killer idea how would that even work? Corrupt intervention on a cooldown? That sounds like a terribly boring killer who is just an M1 115% killer who can be looped for days and is slightly annoying in that he can block a gen for a few moments before your team crushes him into the ground.

Freddy can be looped normally when youre awake. I hate that survivors use "unfun" to mean "hard." If you cant loop a killer for twenty mins its a problem and thats ridiculous

Oh my god. Old Doctor was worse in chase compared to now, and had a power dedicated to the 1v4. He was THE most hated killer in the game. Wraith is now the forum's punching bag. Freddy has almost always been a 1v4 killer, and he's been hated. In the 1v1, he's worse Clown. Hag is a 1v4 killer. I could go on. People do not care if it's 1v1 or 1v4. If a killer has gameplay interaction differing from the base gameplay of DBD, the killer will be hated. Either this, or there's no rhyme or reason to the hatred.

in the end, no killer can attack or chase multiple survivor

This sounds like you just don't like killers who can't be looped around a tile until you are forced to drop a pallet and then run to the next tile.
There is absolutely nothing wrong is killers have different methods to avoid in chase. Making every killer have the same chase gameplay would be boring.

I agree and i want to add that devs should also stop releasing one range killer after another.. did they run out of ideas or do they really thing range is what this game is all about?
Same can be said about the new map additions. Its always the same recently. Its either Indoor (Raccoon City, Midwich, Underground Complex) or maps with extremly unsafe pallets and big open areas without anything at all (Saloon, Sanctum of Wrath)
