value of 3 gens

so what is this value?

simple; in many maps there are bound to be at least 3 gens that are closer. if these gens are not ones of the first ones to be repaired then the killer can 3 gen. so what are the benefits

  • the killer can spend less time going around the map to farther away gens
  • the survivors essentially have to go toward the killer.
  • if there is a hooked survivor, then that gives a free camp and you can defend gens.
  • it can turn around a game that still has 4 alive survivors.

would any of you allow the gens to be repaired just to defend a single gen at the end?

why bring up a topic so obvious? i just felt like typing it.
