Is the RCPD map enabled?
Just hopped on for some matches, first match I got RCPD, however the news says nothing about re-enabling it for public matches yet.
Also this map is by far the worst I have ever seen, and im not the only one, everyone in post game chat agreed as well.

No idea, my offerings for it are disabled, though. And I haven't seen it for a couple days.

It's enabled, but it's chance to be chosen is low and you can't use the RPD badge to force it.
And yeah, pretty much everyone that's not an RE fan hates it. It's essentially Temple of Purgation stacked on top of Mothers Dwelling, but really confusing, with less (pretty much no) loops and more god pallets/ormond-style unsafe pallets/massive W plays/random god windows.
It looks really pretty though, so that's it's only real plus other than the nostalgia-rush that some people get.

So far I will agree that the pallets for the most part arent great, there is one in a hallway, that completely cuts it off like the new Game map, but the windows are pretty strong for the most part. It does look nice, but its a 3 story maze, I have literally had 2 different survivors (Red Rank) run around a corner into me, and i down them, because they simply cant tell where the hell i am, both were separate matches. Also one match It was 1v1, both looking for hatch, i could hear it, but had to check literally every room, getting lost in the maze while looking, finally find it on the 3rd story... 3RD STORY #########.

That's not all - parts of that map are so dark you cannot really see anything that's not brightly coloured, and there really are quite a few god pallets. The second-floor back hallway spawned 2 in succession for me.
