New Chapter Idea: Sorority Row

Hello everyone! I’m here with a new and improved chapter suggestion! As some of you may know, I previously posted a Sorority Row chapter, but I was quite dissatisfied with it as I felt it was rushed and that it could've been so much better. Instead of the traditional chapter being one survivor and one killer, I'm going to introduce two survivors and one killer! The first one is Cassidy Tappan, a compassionate and courageous survivor whose bold nature helps her overcome all obstacles. Her personal perks, Vigorous, Gutsy, and Rescuer help her stall killers, outlast chases, and assist other survivors. The second survivor is Jessica Pierson, a catty leader whose composure and strategic strength helps her protect those close to her. Her personal perks, Double Tap, Nerves of Steel, and Amp Up , help her fight back more effectively, prevent the killer from discovering her, and speed up generator progress.

[MAP] Theta Pi Sorority House

[CASSIDY TAPPAN]

[BACKSTORY]:

The Theta Pi Massacre all started with a prank.

Jessica gave the "roofies" to Garrett, but they weren't even roofies, it was B-12. Then Megan would pretend to overdose and die, just to see Garrett cry like a baby. Jessica said it had served him right for cheating on a Theta Pi girl. After all, you cheat on one Theta, you cheat on all the Thetas. Jessica had been explaining this to Cassidy as the other sorority girls giggled and laughed at Megan, who had just successfully faked her death and been wiping white foam off her mouth and complaining about how her $800 sheets were ruined.

Cassidy soon found herself at a mine with the other girls, who were debating on how they should get rid of Megan's "dead body". Chugs, the party animal of the group, had come up with two options, to leave Megan's body as is or dismember it into bits and pieces. Jessica, wanting to amplify the intensity of the prank, suggested that Megan be dismembered.

Ellie, the shy, mousy, and geeky redhead of the group spoke up. In Pre-Med, she learned that if there was air in the chest cavity the body would float to the surface of the water. Jessica had commanded everyone to spread out and look for sharp rocks to dismember Megan's body when Cassidy broke her silence, asking Jessica how long she intended to keep the prank going. Ellie agreed, and Jessica reassured them that they were doing it because it was funny. The girls all heard Garret grunt gruffly and Megan shriek. They all turned their heads to se Garrett crouched over Megan, with a tire iron jammed in Megan's chest. Garrett yanked the now bloody tire iron out of Megan's chest, repeating himself about how there was no air in her lungs. Megan hacked and sputtered blood out of her mouth as Cassidy and Ellie flew into action, determined to stop the bleeding and get Megan to a hospital. Claire attempted to dial 911, but no reception was to be found. Cassidy and Ellie's efforts proved to be in vain, as Megan took her last breath on that cold September night. Tension wracked the group, and they all were now truly debating over what they should do. Cassidy had told them to drive back with Megan's body, but Jessica spoke up, assuring the members the group that it would be wrong to destroy their families' lives for their mistakes. Cassidy saw through this clever ruse, telling the group that Jessica didn't care about them. she only cared about the fact that she was dating the son of a wealthy man running for Senate.

Jessica denied this, saying she couldn't help but wonder what she would want if she were in Megan's position. She said that she wouldn't want them to pay for something that couldn't be changed, and she told them that she loved each and every one of them. Cassidy retorted that her and Ellie knew the truth, but Ellie said she didn't see a way out of this. Jessica came up with a plan to dump Megan's body down the mineshaft along with the tire iron used to kill her. They all created alibis, knowing the police would inevitably question them about Megan's whereabouts. Cassidy resolved to tell the truth, even if on her own, but Garrett threatened her with the bloody tire iron, saying she'll say what they tell her to. Cassidy, unafraid, walked off to find reception to call the police. By the time she was back, Megan's body was already down the mineshaft. Jessica had came up with a plan to buy Cassidy's silence by having Megan wrapped in Cassidy's now bloody jacket and have everyone testify against Cassidy should she tell the police anything. 9 months later graduation came, and Cassidy told not a single soul. One by one, the sorority girls and everyone associated with them dropped like flies. Chugs' therapist got impaled through his head with the tire iron used to kill Megan, Chugs had gotten a bottle crammed into her throat and had her throat slit, a fellow sorority girl who had overheard Jessica and Claire conversing about that night had been impaled through her chin, Claire's cheating boyfriend had gotten impaled in the head, Jessica was forced to run over Garrett after he attacked Cassidy, Claire, and Ellie at the mines, Claire was shot in the mouth with a flare gun, Ms.Crenshaw was impaled through the back, and Jessica was stabbed through her mouth after her and Cassidy discovered that the true killer was Cassidy's boyfriend, Andy Richards.

Andy explained that Ellie had told him of the dreadful incident that occurred, and he planned to murder everyone involved so Cassidy wouldn't end up in jail. Cassidy tricked him, telling him she was with him and telling him that Ellie was hidden away in the basement when she was actually upstairs. Cassidy prayed that she would have enough time to reach Ellie, and as she reached Ellie, she told Ellie to escape the now ablaze sorority house while Cassidy went to help Maggie, who was trapped downstairs. Andy caught up with them and Cassidy told her to run as she distracted Andy. She found herself cornered in a room with Andy, who backed her up against the wall and attempted to slit her throat with his pimped out tire iron. Cassidy struggled against Andy, and reached for a lamp on a nearby desk, and swung it at him. She swung once more, hitting him again and rendering him unconscious.

She ran downstairs and found Maggie trapped up against a wall, flames all around her. Cassidy saw that Maggie couldn't jump over, and then Andy reappeared, telling Maggie not to move. After all, what kind of guy would he be if he let Maggie just burn to death? His tire iron had a new upgrade, the rope from a flag pole, and he used this upgrade to attempt to kill Maggie. Maggie had luckily dodged both attempts, and Andy's weapon hit a snag. Cassidy saw the opportunity and launched a wooden chair at Andy. Andy dodged, and Cassidy used the opportunity to sneak behind him and knock him out with a lamp. She yelled at Maggie to get over to her, but Maggie was too afraid. Maggie screamed Cassidy's name, seeing Andy was behind her. Andy grabbed Cassidy and they struggled, Cassidy kneed Andy in the stomach and they both fell over. Andy, now armed with the lamp, swung as Cassidy backed up. Cassidy gracefully dodged, but fell through a hole as Andy had hit the floor next to her. Cassidy was hanging on from her bracelet that had thankfully snagged onto a nail. Andy was now kneeling before her, reminding her of how she chose her sisters instead of him. Cassidy couldn't let it end like this, she had fought to stay alive.

All hope was not lost, however.

Just as Andy began to cut her finger and make her let go, a shot rang out. Andy fell to the floor a few meters behind Cassidy. Ellie had shot him with Ms. Crenshaw's shotgun. The floor beneath Andy broke and he was engulfed in a pit of flames. Cassidy asked why Ellie didn't just run and Ellie replied that they were sisters. Pulling Cassidy from the hole, Ellie commanded Maggie to wrap herself in the curtain to avoid being burnt by the flames. Just as Cassidy was about to escape with the other two girls a beam fell, separating her from them. Cassidy spotted a window and opened it, telling them to keep going as she had a clear way out. Just as Cassidy began to crawl out, a thick fog emanated from the hole that Andy had fallen through, whispers and hushing could be heard all around her and it was almost as if...

as if she could make out some kind of face?

Shaking her head, Cassidy chalked up the odd experience to severe exhaustion. Suddenly, the house shook just as she managed to cram one leg out of the window, and the shaking sent Cassidy's nerves into overdrive, as her adrenaline guided her in getting her half out of the window.

Black, spidery appendages began to slither like snakes and slowly inched up the wall, covering the historic pictures of Theta Pi and only stopped until they finally grabbed onto Cassidy. She screamed and struggled to no avail, and was dragged into the hole, kicking and screaming the whole way.

When firefighters managed to put out the flames, no identifiable trace of Cassidy nor Andy could be found.

[PERKS]

1.) Vigorous (Rare, Rare, Very Rare)- Your years of being a dancer have made you physically fit and extremely agile. While in a chase, your movement and action speed is increased by 6/7/8%. Cannot be combined with any speed exhaustion perk

(Inspired by how Cassidy is a dancer and is shown to be physically fast as she gets to Ellie and Maggie in time.)

2.) Gutsy (Uncommon, Rare, Very Rare) - You're good at going toe to toe with the killer, and you know how to hit where it hurts. With this perk equipped, all stun durations last .5/1/1.5 longer. (Cannot be combined with Decisive Strike and does not affect Flashlight blinds.

(Inspired by how Cassidy was always successful in rendering Kyle and Andy unconscious and always tried to fight back.)

3.) Rescuer (Rare, Rare, Very Rare) - You strive to help everyone in times of crisis and keep them out of harm's way. After successfully rescuing a survivor from the killer's grasp with a pallet stun or flashlight blind, you and the survivor's scratch marks are hidden for 3/6/9 seconds.

[BACKSTORY]:

What had happened with Megan was a mistake, it was Andy who had freaked out and stabbed Megan, so why was it Cassidy who'd blamed her for the events that transpired? The only thing Jessica was guilty of was making the fragile and unstable Garrett cry like a baby.

Megan had got the gears in Jessica's head turning when she'd told her about Andy's unfaithfulness and started showing her videos of people who had pulled off elaborate pranks where they'd pretend to suddenly die. Megan had been the one to suggest the prank in the first place in spite of the fact that she had cheated on Andy first and Jessica, being Jessica, decided to go all-out, as she had a reputation for it.

The night quickly went from harmlessly trying to hold in their laughter at Andy freaking out over Megan's successfully faked death to being forced to take sides on what the right thing to do was. Cassidy had urged them to drive back with Megan's body and just the suggestion alone had managed to divide the group. Jessica took a deep breath. She was taught by her mother that in times of crisis, an effective leader must maintain control of their group.

Jessica spoke up as she wiped her tears, saying that Megan loved all of them and asked if Megan would want all of them to go down like this. After all, it would be wrong to throw away their lives and destroy the people they loved. Cassidy, who was always the most level-headed albeit the most stubborn, saw through her attempt to rally the rest of the group into not driving back by retorting that she knew that she was trying to manipulate the rest of the group and that she didn't care about the rest of the other girls, she only cared about herself because she was involved with the son of a wealthy man running for Senate.

Jessica was quick to deny this and had told Cassidy that this decision would affect the rest of their lives. Jessica couldn't help but wonder if she was lying dead instead of Megan. She said that she wouldn't want them to pay for something that couldn't be changed and that she loved each and every single one of them. In a way, it was true. Jessica always looked out for her sisters and their bonds were strong, she cared for each of them and resolved to protect them but right now, Cassidy wasn't seeing that.

Jessica had asked everyone if they were all ready to vote and Cassidy refused, saying she and Ellie knew the truth, but Ellie just sat on the ground and sobbed, saying that she didn't see a way out of this. Jessica had already formulated a plan. She crafted alibis for the whole group as Cassidy walked off to find cell reception and soon enough, they'd dragged Megan's body to a mineshaft and tossed her in along with the tire iron.

9 months had passed, and it seemed that the incident was far behind the Theta Pi sorority sisters. Jessica had noticed that Cassidy had drifted apart from the group, drowning herself in guilt and charity work. Everything had seemed blissful, the girls had all finally graduated and were ready for a new chapter in their lives...

Then everyone started dying.

Never one to lose her cool, Jessica rallied the group and they had all ventured down to the lake where the incident had occurred to meet whoever was behind the scheme of blackmail and death. Instead of meeting the culprit, they were met with Garrett, racked with guilt over Megan's death, cuts all up and down his arms and wrists. He held Cassidy's filthy jacket in one hand and a shard of a mirror in the other.

Cassidy's attempt to question him only escalated tensions and he'd charged at Cassidy, only for Jessica to act first, ramming her Cadillac Escalade into him. She reversed the car and hit him again, feeling a bump as the vehicle made contact with his body a second time.

She'd stepped out of the car, arms crossed and quipping that Garrett wouldn't be able to send her or any of the girls anymore creepy videos. Her rescue of Cassidy only added insult to injury, as Cassidy berated her for running Garrett over. After a short argument, the girls had all unanimously agreed to send Cassidy into the mineshaft to check if Megan's body was still there. Once down there, they found no trace of Megan's remains, only a message written in blood saying: THETA PI MUST DIE.

The girls all returned to the house, where they reunited with Mrs. Crenshaw after witnessing Claire's death and had confessed to her what transpired 9 months ago. Mrs. Crenshaw instructed them to stay in their rooms as she went to hunt for the killer. Maggie, Megan's annoying little sister, had been convinced that Megan was somehow still alive and went to go look for her after the girls had heard an abrupt gunshot.

Soon after Maggie's departure, Jessica and Cassidy had formulated a plan to retrieve Mickey's cellphone, as they were the only ones to know about his body in the dumbwaiter. Once they'd reached the basement, Jessica's boyfriend Kyle had got the jump on them. As Cassidy struggled and fought against Kyle, it only took one good whack with the butt of the fire axe Jessica had brought with her to knock Kyle on his ass. Cassidy fled, and Jessica found herself suddenly disarmed, Kyle snatching the axe from her. Just as she started scanning the room for another possible weapon or possibly talk her now-pissed psycho boyfriend down, Cassidy had surprised him with a fire extinguisher to the back of his head.

With Kyle successfully knocked unconscious, the girls ran from room to room, discovering that someone had now lit the sorority house aflame. Just as they concealed themselves into a newly-renovated bathroom to hide, Cassidy had pulled back the shower curtain to discover Megan's rotted and decayed corpse. Before she knew it, Jessica's vision went black.

When she awoke, she discovered Andy, Cassidy's boyfriend facing her, the axe now embedded in the back of Kyle's skull. Observing Andy, she motioned to Cassidy to look at his garment, where the pimped-out tire iron that they'd seen once inside Mickey now tucked in. Cassidy decided that at that moment, it'd be a perfect time to mention it, instead of maybe taking the axe and lobbing his head off. Realizing Cassidy's mistake, Jessica had attempted to talk Andy down so she could make her way to the fire ax stuck inside of Kyle.

Just before she could finish her sentence, she felt a whoosh of air, and then her vision went black with dark fog, her hands still raised in defense. Then, she could see Andy and Cassidy conversing, it was as if she were an astral projection. After they had both rushed out of the room, the dark fog began to fill the air again, and when she awoke, Jessica found herself out of the frying pan and into the inferno.

[PERKS]:

1.) Double Tap (Rare, Very Rare, Very Rare)- You're known for your ruthless attitude towards your enemies, you make sure that they don't get back up. With this perk equipped, after a successful pallet stun, pass a skill check to slam the pallet down again and stun the killer for .5/1/1.5 more seconds. After a successful skill check, the pallet will break. *This perk causes the Exhaustion status effect for 60/50/40 seconds.*

"Take that, freakshow."- Jessica Pierson

2.) Nerves of Steel (Uncommon, Rare, Very Rare) - Your ability to keep your cool in crisis has helped you more than you can count. With this perk equipped, anytime a Killer's perk causes you to scream, Nerves of Steel activates, preventing a noise notification. *This perk has a cooldown of 60/50/40 seconds.*

"Ellie, there are thirty other girls behind that door that probably shouldn't know we murdered our sorority sister, okay?"- Jessica Pierson

3.) Amp Up (Rare, Very Rare, Very Rare)- A good leader must possess the ability to effectively utilize each member's unique abilities. With this perk equipped, for every survivor that is injured, hooked, or in the dying state, you gain an 3/6/9% to generator speed progress.

"I'm gonna go get the Escalade, you round up the girls!" - Jessica Pierson.

The two survivors will get their default outfits with two extra, as well as legacy skins.

Cassidy Tappan:

1.) Pajamas - Perfect for sorority movie nights, or for pranks gone horribly wrong.

2.) Black Party Dress- A fancy black dress for celebrating a new chapter in life...or your last night on Earth.

3.) Purple Vest And Shirt Combo- A purple button up vest with a white shirt, ripped jeans, and boots. Practical and pretty.

4.) Legacy Skins: Ellie, Maggie

Jessica Pierson:

1.) Pajamas- A corset top with polka dot shorts and a comfy gray cardigan, a combination of comfort and class.

2.) Regal Navy Blue Dress- Perfect for making sorority speeches and wooing the crowd of legacy Theta Pi members.

3.) Strapless Tank Top And Skirt- A strapless black tank top with floral design, dotted green and black print skirt, and her favorite pair of heels.

4.) Legacy Skins: Chuggs, Claire
