Most likely end of this month early next month. If things are going well

No new patch. They said on social media that the next patch will be the mid-Chapter patch (in about three weeks). Who knows if they will actually fix the console issues in that patch…

What do we do until the patch if we're on last-gen consoles?

They're skipping the hotfixes so they can focus on the big patches, sound familiar?

Hotfixes are not being skipped - we've already just had 2 hotfixes in the last 2 weeks.
We confirmed yesterday that there won't be a hotfix right now but the HDD issue that's affecting Consoles is being worked on.
