Might miss the rest of this event due to irl problems
Currently suffering from panic attacks(not fun what so ever highly recommend avoiding them)so it looks like the rest of the event is going to be a no go good luck everyone out in the fog

Thanks everyone texting my friends and family on discord seem to be helping me through the current panic attack
So advice from me if you get one try talking to a friend or family member and to try and get some help

Is this DBD related? I understand the game can cause a lot of anxiety, especially when playing in a lot of situations for both roles. I find myself needing long breaks from the game, depending.

Take a break from the game. Currently have not been able to play since a week before nemesis release and probably won’t be able to until next chapter release as I deal with family medical emergencies. It’s unfortunate but it’s just a game that in years ahead will eventually be discontinued and all the virtual progress will be erased. Life issues are way more important. Good luck.

No the panic attacks are from a seperate thing and they just pop up whenever they feel like it

Update for everyone that was concerned I think I resolved my frequent panic attack issue so I will be returning to the fog soon
