Can't access gen from one of the open sides

I've looked around the forums and couldn't find any topis on this sort of issue. On Treatment Theatre; Lery's Memorial Institute, I came across a gen in one of the rooms close to the outside hallways. It was a two person generator, however the panel with wires was not able to be worked on, effectively making it a single person gen. I was not able to replicate the situation as I haven't been on the level again since. I was however able to catch video footage of the problem, though it appears to big for the report ticket, so I'll leave you with a link to the Youtube upload I made for it instead.
