I think the biggest issue I have with keys isn't even the survivors who bring them, it's when I 3 gen a group of survivors and kill one and instead of trying to work on the gens they just search all the chests for a key and escape that way
people talk about dead hard being a mistake-erasing perk but finding a key in a match and completely bypassing the final generator is such bad game design. I specifically played defending 3 important generators and right when I'm at my strongest they just...leave. And there's nothing I can do to stop it. Unless I'm supposed to be patrolling chests now or something.
