mi juego se cerró inesperadamente. La partida en el Nuevo mapa de “Raccoon City” apenas comenzaba, solo pasaron 5 segundos de juego y se cerró por sorpresa.
volví a iniciar el juego y me habían quitado dos puntos de mi clasificación de sobreviviente. Se que es algo absurdo pero realmente me esfuerzo por obtener estos puntos. Espero el soporte técnico pueda ayudarme, Gracias

Sorry, whilst I appreciate how frustrating the crash is, we are unable to give back bp/pips lost I'm afraid.
