Has the Lithe/Sprintburst bug been fixed yet?

Basically the title. I mainly use lithe but I've been stuck with deadhard due to the bug that could potentially put the killers at a major disadvantage but I wanted to see if that bug had been fixed yet or not.

Sometimes when using an exhaustion perk that grants haste, it becomes permanent. IDK how its triggered and I highly discourage anyone from using it as it ruins the experience for other players.

Imma be trying to recreate it now, but in custom games. Wanna know what triggers it.

It is not fixed, have watched at least 3 people use it in the last 5 games played today. Quite a pain in my azz.
