I have a perk question for killers

Should killers be limited to their unnatural speed, hearing, skill, or Devotion to the entity for perks, or should they be able to have interesting gimmick perks like survivors?

For example, let's make a hypothetical killer called "The Baby Sitter" or something stupid and they have a perk called "Monitor" it's a teachable perk for killers that allows them to place a hidden radio or device which creates a noise notification when a survivor runs by it

Or should they limited to what I stated above? What do you think?

I don’t understand what you mean, since half of the killer perks are already gimmicks.

Yes, I am. I suppose that is true, I figured it'd be neat if there was just a minor concept that would widely broaden the horizon for perk ideas.

Also yes. I am talking about perks, I said teachable perks.

Exactly. Now survivors not only have flashbangs and Mines, but they'll also get boon totems.

Hate to say it, but I think killers deserve something newer and more interesting as well. Even if the first perk isn't the greatest, it'd be enough for them to have more play styles and such

A bit like Leon's flash bang? Honestly, I'd be interested in it, but for it to suit all killers I'd make it more a magical offensive perk.

As an example, creating a perk which affects any survivor who works on a regressing gen for less than 3/2/1 seconds, it explodes and causes the blindness and oblivious status for a set period.

Or a perk whereby a killer can mark a point in the map as a trap once every 60 seconds, and can only have one trap active at a time, but if a survivor triggers it, then the Entity strikes them for a quick hit.

Thinking about the latter, I wonder what it would be like to have perks which are weaker versions of an existing killer's power. Like the one above could be a weak version of Trapper or Hag; or create a perk which can only activate briefly every 90 seconds, but acts like a brief flurry of wild swings which can insta-down like Bubba.

I think it would be cool if say, the clown had an add-on that made it so if you stepped on some of the glass from his bottles it might injure you. Or like you said the radio idea, that would be fun.

I guess you could consider the zombies and PH's trail "interactive," but it would be fun to have something else go on. Closest thing I can think of is being able to kick Victor.

It'd be fun and refreshing for killers, but it annoys me survivors are the only ones getting newer and newer perk concepts, we just want something
