Springtrap, Jason, Alien, Pennywise, Candyman, Pinhead, Chucky, The Thing, Slenderman and Predator are the last licensed killers I predict, the rest are collaborations of legendary skins like Scooby Doo and survivor chapters like Supernatural of course.

The thing is out because he's a mimic and that is wisely off limits. Jason will have to claw his way from the depths of hell to get in. Chucky would strain believability even for this game.

if jason is in DBD it runs the risk of them pulling the license totally and removing the killer instead of just a skin

The thing is the appearance of the killer itself, "Thing" doesnt really have that, since it basically turns into anything and is largely seen has a blob of flesh and deformed limbs.
Basically, he doesnt really have a "true form", we dont know how it really looks like, which would make it hard to put it in the game.
Besides mimicry wouldnt work at all in this game, due to SWF being able to communicate with each other, that would make the power borderline useless since you would get found out right away.

Nothing stops them to implement some "generic" form of a messed up pile of flesh from the movies, it's not like they care about killers' lore too much.
SWFs break a lot of other killers and perks too. Try playing Trapper against a 4-man SWF, for example. SWF is a problem in itself.

Theres a difference in your power being weaker to downright useless.
Something like Mimicry would only work if the survivors had no way of communicating with each other.

We have the Twins and Victor is practically Chucky’s size. He can be implemented with some creativity.
Heck it’d even work as a legendary skin for the Twins w/ Chucky + Human Tiffany. We would just need different animations & sound effects with the skin. Instead of Charlotte falling asleep, Tiffany would stand there filing her nails 💅🏼

Slenderman yes and also agree with Scooby doo skins but as a dlc.
Not up for Scooby-doo since it does not look right seeing childhood cartoons getting slaughtered but Skins would make more sense because its basically costumes.
