New voices for rest of legendary skins?
I was really hoping for new voices for Lisa, Cybil, Jonathan in this update.
Is it planned in the future?

Blight's new Legendary skin doesn't have a new voice which is a shame :(

KIller legendaries probably won't be getting them (pretty sure Blight's isn't even legendary though, isn't it Ultra Rare?)

I was just thinking about legendary cosmetics, and how many are talking about the unique voices for survivor legendary, yet I don't think anyone until your post has suggested this for killers. This does make perfect sense- imagine a Minotaur howling when it charges up, or the many-mouthed chattered of the Hag's Mythology legendary outfit!
This would be great for BHVR to look at. Put it as a suggestion!

Ultra Rare and Legendaries are still the same thing, Ultra Rares are just original creations while Legendaries are licenced

Because Ultra Rare cosmetics are the original character counterpart to legendary skins, so they're supposed to be like completely different characters. Which is why you'd also expect them to have new voices.

Also the frames of Jonathan, Lisa and Cybil are not in the forum, much less their voices, it really disappoints me a bit.

No, I don't know why anyone would expect it for Blight when it's only a skin and the only time they did it was for the Chris and Claire legendary skins.

Original Creations are Ultra Rare and Licenced skins are Legendary but both types are still classed as skins that change the character giving the term "Legendary". Think you've confused yourself a bit there

No, that is you who is giving them the term "legendary". The ultra rare skins full under the "Ultra Rare" category, not the "legendary" category.
