I've seen a lot of talk about Friday the 13th here but how do people like Identity V?
I just started playing it pretty consistently and I quite enjoy it. I love the art design of both the hunters and survivors. And I absolutely love how the survivors are unique with their own powers as well. Really makes the gameplay more exciting.
The only thing I don't like are the maps, which aren't that esthetically pleasing, compared to everything else in the game, although I do understand as a mobile game it has limitations.
There also seems to be a crap ton more camping and tunneling as well. Which really kills the fun for me a lot of the time.
The player base is pretty big as well, especially in Asia, so I'm surprised more people haven't talked about it here. Any fellow Identify V fans that came from DBD?

Honestly I don't think I've ever played it I would rather play it with a keyboard though

That makes sense. I would give anything for Identify V to come to console. I'd be much more comfortable playing it on a big screen with my controller.
But for what it is I like it. Not everyone enjoys mobile games simply for the control aspect, and I get that.

In my opinion Identity V killer powers are more unique and interesting then most of the killers in dbd.

I definitely agree! Dream Witch for example, although she slightly reminds me of Twins.
Sculptor, Photographer, Soul Weaver, ect. Just such a unique experience combining that with the survivor powers as well. Really makes it almost feel like a superior DBD. Even though both have their pros and cons.

If I wanted to play Dead by Daylight, i'd just play Dead by Daylight.

Well they are rather similar, but it's nice to play something you love in a different art style and with different killers and killers powers. Really makes the experience feel new. Especially when the survivors have their own powers as well. I can see people who don't like mobile games not really liking it regardless though.

I play it too & breaking wheel is a killer I'd love to play in dbd. The main issue would probably be transfering a moveset to dbd. Alot of hunters main counter is the 50 billion pallets everywhere so without that I think they'd be way too strong in chases.

The game has a nice concept but the excessive camping kills it. It makes DBD look like a joke. Hunters position on the tier list are literally based on how effective they can camp.

Not sure what identity V has to do with Jason. They sure should add Jason soon. Jason should be able to kick open windows. Have they added Jason yet?

Play it A LOT. I hate the fandom its full of teenage girls who over fetishize everything tbh and almost everyone is toxic especially in higher ranks. (Not sure why my font changed help)

I agree that camping is a bit too much for me at times. And if they do fail at camping it will be a miracle if you don't get tunneled as well.
I really wish the devs would do something to balance the game out more. I've heard that the reason camping and tunneling is so prominent is because survivors are really overpowered in the game. Not sure if that's true though.

Less Jason and more so the type of game Friday the 13th is. How it's gameplay is similar to that of DBD.

The least enjoyable part of DbD cranked up to 11?

You know The Twins, right? How they are annoying at camping and everything? Now imagine that Charlotte doesn't have one, but multiple Victors she can spread through the map. Absurd, right? This is Dream Witch, the strongest hunter in IDV.
