I was just conjuring images up in my mind earlier of perk builds that are either ineffective or just totally laughable. So, let's brainstorm a handful of absolutely useless, awkward, and/or pointless-to-play or weak perk builds.

I'll go first:

I now realise that some of these perks may work a tad bit well together, but I still remain firm in my judgment. This is my 'Why?' perk build. You may be able to infer that I dislike Hexes a considerable amount :D
