Va lento aunque tengo 60fps fijo

Despues de jugar partidas y partidas el juego va fatal aunque tenga 60fps va lento, jugue como 4 partidas seguidas y en las 4 partida pasaba lo mismo, no se si a alguien le pasa eso, o sabe que puede ser

necesito ayuda con eso no entiendo porque me va tan mal teniendo 60fps fijo
