Killer gets stuck on top of Lery's pallet, and can no longer deal damage (PC)

Was playing on the new Lery's as Wraith when I downed a survivor in one of the bathrooms. The survivor dropped the pallet as I downed them and I was pushed on top of the pallet and could walk around on top of the stalls and sinks. When I eventually came down, I couldn't deal any damage to survivors and couldn't down any injured survivors. It took for me to grab the person I downed (who had been healed to injured status) to be on a gen where I grabbed them off of it and hooked them for me to be able to deal damage again.

Not sure how to repeat it, I think it came down to the positioning of me in relation to the pallet (me standing dead center of the pallet) for it to push me up instead of out towards either side of the pallet.

Only happened once. Probably is very hard to reproduce the bug but if it randomly happens in a game then the killer loses as there is no way to deal any damage to survivors.
