What reduces the fun for both sides?
I am really curious for that one since EVERYONE hates certain things in Dead by Daylight. Some things are more like "Yeah okay, that sucks but it is what is is" but other things feel like "This is so unfair and unfun, get me out of here".
I personally have always a problem with certain killer designs or survivor perks. I really hate Twins because of Victor. If you somehow do dodge his sonic attack and kick him, don't worry! Your little buddy will be back in just a few seconds. Making him the most annoying killer especially combined with some nice "I will look over you, my Freind"-Tactics [Camping]. Not that camping itself is the problem. But having that 6 km fast rat on your ass all the time is just the most annoying thing that the game has to offer imo.
On the other side I can't stand Iron Will. It is so rewarding.. while doing nothing. Why was Ruin changed? Because it was rewarding while doing nothing? Ah, I see.
Not here to shittalk any side. But everything dislikes that but it seems that certain killers are often the problem because they feel not engaging OR as a survivor it feels not rewarding facing them. Old Billy was the holy perfect killer. Strong, skilled and dangerous but loved from nearly everyone. What is your opinion on this topic? Thanks for reading!

Speedrunning matches.
You know what I mean - the coordinated team that splits up on gens immediately and finishes all the gens in 5 minutes without much in the way of counterplay. The spirit or nurse that goes on a 4 man slugging spree at 5-4 gens.
Why bother queuing up for a match if you're just going to get it over with as soon as possible and without much interaction?

I feel like most red rank killers should be expecting 5~ minute matches by now.
What reduces my fun is having game breaking bugs, such as survivors having no footstep sounds like they currently do. Or scratch marks appearing 1-2 seconds too late, like they currently do sometimes.

The bad optimization

Obnoxious Mechanics and Gameplay loops being centered around "Optimal Gameplay"
Demogorgon or Hillbilly are bar none two of the most fun, balanced, and entertaining killers for both sides of the coin, the only issue? They're both terrible at playing against "optimal survivors" so they aren't played as much.
Survivors have a lot of (undeniably awful yet somewhat functional) perks that no one uses because they're not "optimal".
Every killer plays nurse and spirit because they're optimal and every survivor uses one of the 8 meta perks because they're optimal.
No one is having fun and everyone is playing to win like if they lost someone would kill their dog.

Poor balance and matchmaking. Matchmaking has to remain poor because the balance is so poor or else the game would be ridiculous in the opposite way.

Bad maps are probably the biggest point.
A map like the Game or RPD which requires very few skill for both sides, only save pallets which you have to mindlessly break or very unsafe small loops where you will most likely die anyway. Since they are indoor maps you have very little ways to track or see survivor nor the killer.
Haddonfield ofc counts as a unfun map for both sides.

map offerings you'll get the person who uses strode keys or as survivor you get the people who use saloon offerings and I'm convinced those people are trolling lol

Nurse is pretty brutal I depip virtually every time I play her lol

Bad map design.
God pallets are boring, dead zones are boring, bad hook spawns are annoying, breakable walls are obnoxious
