Question for those who have lost progress

Hi there!

I'm getting a little twitchy with all this talk of lost progress.

I've been playing since launch and have accumulated a HUGE store of time limited event items on all of my characters; pustula petals, bbq invites, serums, party starters etc.

I know there was a HUGE issue over the missing Legacy Items and the gamers were given a "sorry!" but am wondering for those who've had the issue recently, whether the policy and the ability to pull back lost saves has changed?

    Before they were unable to get you your progress back, since the savefile was saved on your own computer. Now it's stored on their backend, so it could be more easily retrieved if necessary.

    What happens if that also is lost, I don't know.
