Bring back ACTUAL Rank Reset
Being reset to rank 5 once in a month doesn‘t rly change anything gameplay wise….I rly miss the days where everyone was reset back to rank 20 and had a lot of fun grinding back to rank 1 😁 Lots of different killers and just overall beautiful and funny games. Now it just feels repetitive….all day every day against spirits, blights and nurses with tinker ruin undying and corrupt…..every single day even after rank reset 😂 honestly at this point just remove rank reset since it doesn‘t serve a goddamn purpose anyways. Is it just me or does anyone agree?

I don't think going back to rank 20 is good if you were rank 1. You could be against a new player, and I don't find it fun to destroy a poor new Wraith/Meg player who doesn't truly understand the mechanics yet.
But IIRC, when the MMR will come to the game, ranks won't count as your skill level, but more or less like a level you grind for a reward. So you'll be back to rank 20 each time.

Sooo?? It‘s just once a month you do understand that right? Good players would climb the ranks within a few days and be in red ranks again….

I think resetting 2 colors instead of 1 would be a good balance. Or just a flat 10 ranks

You didn't exactly go back all the way to 20 back in the day, at least not on the Rank Reset which I so fondly remember. But you did go further than 5 if you were a Rank 1.

Does that mean that better players have to face the best ######### killers every single time….and can‘t have fun even once a ######### month? This is just honestly bs ngl… skill based mm is the worst decision ever…you want to face some noobs and some skilled players a good balance between those 2 is what makes a game fun and challenging at the same time. You shouldn‘t have to sweat every damn game…especially in solo queue where you get bad teammates anyways but obviously the best ######### mlg killer…

I don‘t rly remember anymore it‘s been 4 years. Weren‘t you reset to rank 20? Or to green ranks if you were red?

I started playing last year, I think the new ranl reset was already there as I always was back to 5 if I was red, to 9 if I was purple, etc. Thanks for letting me know how it worked before!
I wouldn't mind to be back to green if I'm red. I find it fun to grind back, but I don't want to face new players who are discovering the game as I already have a lot of hours.

Actually that is how match making should always be in all games. You wanna be red rank and think you're deserving of it then you should only play against those of your skill level. SBMM will be a godsend to this game if they incorporate it. Lot of red ranks don't deserve to be past yellow, and their test SBMM proved it.

Ok let‘s say you are right. You should only play against people of your level BUT THEN you should also get teammates of your level ;) then it would be absolutely fair and I have no more complaints. But that‘s not happening…I get a killer of my level and the worst teammates imaginable…How is that fair?
