Tldr: Ritz players are jerks why? Don't be a jerk to people, you don't know the impact it'll have

I honestly can't understand it? I've read some really horrendous things in the after game chat... over pretend characters in a video game? Literally cgi characters pretending to die can make people come up with the most vile hateful speech I've heard.

Just received this one because I played scratch mirror Michael.

Honestly what is the though process behind this? People who are guilty of it or know about, confess your sins time, just genuinely what makes you act like this over a game?

I write this because of complete curiosity and a recent increased awareness how we should evaluate how we talk to eachother and the impact it may have. For you it may be an off the cuff comment in anger, but for someone struggling that day it could effect them a great deal more.

    Standard uncaring internet anonymity. It's on them - they are the pathetic ones trying to project their feelings of poor self-worth onto you. Feel sorry for them. They are so damaged by losing a game or feeling like they did not win that they have to try to make you feel worse.

    I really doubt reporting does anything. I've never heard of an incident that was followed up, I suppose its a fine line between freedom of speech vs censorship

    Damn, we are getting a lot of these threads recently.

    The simple answer is who/why give a #########?

    People get upset in this game because they got outplayed. Sure some tactics put the F U in fun, but they are a legitimate part of the game. If you don't like something.....well, there's a perk for that.

    Nah, I’ve made reports before and they have been followed up on. I’m on xbox though and they’re pretty immediate with hate speech etc.
